Begin with the plain fact: the publisher owns the resort at place one. Below are the people, the income and the rules that shape the other two places.

The company behind the glass
Crystal Hotel Casino comes from Silverton Casino, LLC, 3333 Blue Diamond Road, Las Vegas NV 89139. That company also owns and runs the Silverton Casino Hotel, the resort that heads our list, and the Silverton is tied to developer Ed Roski Jr. and his firm Majestic Realty. Mail for the editors goes to contact@crystalhotelcasino.com.
Our own resort, named as ours
Nothing about place one is neutral, and we will not dress it up that way. The Silverton leads because our publisher owns it; whenever someone books a room there the owner gains directly, partner tag or no partner tag. Treat its panel as the house describing its own house.
Where the money comes from
Two streams keep the lights on. The first is the Silverton's own trade. The second is referral fees: a resort button may pass a partner tag, and a reservation that follows can trigger a payment to us without nudging your rate. The affiliate disclosure lays out each piece.
How places two and three were chosen
We looked only at off-Strip resorts on the valley's south and west edges, then held each against four facets:
- Rooms: whether layouts and outlooks are explained in a way a guest can act on.
- Leisure: water, spa, sights and evening venues reachable without the car.
- Food: breadth, from a quick counter lunch to a proper dinner.
- Clarity: the effort it takes to find fees, age limits and house rules.
Room totals, prices, prizes and opening dates appear only where we are sure of them, and no resort receives a grade. Gaming plays no part in placement and appears only as a single plain facility line.
What the desk knows, and how
Our writers cover leisure travel across the desert Southwest. They draw first on each resort's own website, then on public records and state tourism material. If a point stays cloudy, the entry admits it or sends you to the hotel for the answer.
Corrections policy
Spotted an outdated line? Send the page link and the line in doubt to contact@crystalhotelcasino.com. An editor checks it against the resort's own material, rewrites where needed and moves the revision date forward. Resorts are free to point out errors; no resort can purchase a higher position.
