Cookies, in one breath
Think of a cookie, or a local-storage entry, as a slip of paper a site tucks into your browser. Here exactly one such note is essential, and each of the others sleeps until you wake it.
The three kinds in use

Changing your mind later
Press (a copy waits in every footer), set each toggle and confirm. Clearing the saved site data for crystalhotelcasino.com through browser settings resets things too, and the consent bar reappears on the next visit.
When GPC is switched on
Browsers that transmit the Global Privacy Control header get advertising and affiliate cookies disabled on this site straight away, with the toggle locked so it cannot be flipped back.
