Who is responsible

Personal data handled through crystalhotelcasino.com is controlled by Silverton Casino, LLC, 3333 Blue Diamond Road, Las Vegas NV 89139. Any question about this statement can go to privacy@crystalhotelcasino.com.

Items we receive

  • Connection traces: your IP address, a rough location inferred from it (around town or region), the browser's user agent, the device class, which pages loaded and when.
  • From a message: the name, reply address, subject and note you place in the contact draft, received only after you send that email from your own account.
  • From the consent bar: the position of each cookie switch, held in local storage on your device.

Reasons and legal bases

  • Delivering each page and fending off abuse: legitimate interest.
  • Analytics, meaning pooled counts of visits and the panels people open: consent.
  • Marketing, meaning a partner tag that lets an affiliate network credit a later booking: consent.
  • Answering your email: legitimate interest, or a step you asked us to take.

Who else may see it

Our host and our analytics provider handle connection data on our instructions. If you switch advertising on, affiliate and partner networks receive a tag tying a click on this site to a booking made afterwards. After the jump to a resort site, its privacy rules take over. Message contents are never sold.

Some of these providers keep servers abroad, the United States among them. Where data protection law demands it, such transfers rest on tools like the standard contractual clauses.

How long each item lasts

Raw server logs: deleted within 90 days. Pooled analytics: no longer than 26 months. Emails: kept while the exchange is live and up to two years beyond its last message. Cookie switches: twelve months, after which the bar returns.

Rights for readers in Europe and Britain

Both the GDPR and its UK twin give you a route to inspect your records here, fix them, wipe them, pause or challenge their processing, and carry a machine-readable copy elsewhere. You may take consent back at any time; doing so leaves earlier, lawful use untouched. Your national data protection regulator will also hear a complaint.

California residents (CCPA and CPRA)

Californians can find out what personal information this site holds about them, both by category and item by item; demand fixes or deletion; restrict our handling of sensitive details; and refuse any selling, or sharing aimed at cross-context behavioural advertising. Whenever Global Privacy Control arrives from your browser, we count it as that opt-out and keep advertising cookies switched off. Using a right will never cost you service.

Children and teenagers

These pages are written for adults. Anyone below 18 is asked not to send personal details. When we discover that a young person has written in, the message is erased.

How to use a right

Email privacy@crystalhotelcasino.com and name the right in question. A brief identity check can come first, and a reply follows inside the period the law sets.
