Acceptable use
Browse freely, save links and forward panels to your travel companions. What we ask you to avoid: lifting large passages, passing our writing off as yours, running automated scrapers, or anything that disrupts the site.
Who the guide is for
Readers must be at least 18. Where a jurisdiction sets 21 as the minimum for the kind of resort covered here, that higher age applies.
Descriptions, not promises
Each resort panel reflects what our desk found on its most recent check of rooms and leisure features. Treat each panel as a sketch, never an offer or expert counsel, and confirm room rates, open dates, age limits and house policies directly with the resort.
The resort we own
Silverton Casino, LLC publishes these pages and owns the Silverton Casino Hotel, the reason it appears in first place. Durango and South Point are unconnected picks ordered by our editors. A referral fee may follow from some outbound clicks; the affiliate disclosure explains how.
Businesses outside our control
Resorts, reservation sites and any other destination of our links run independently of us, and we carry no responsibility for what they do: a rate that rises, a resort charge that appears, a deposit, a cancellation rule or a sold-out date. Whatever contract covers your stay is between you and whoever took the booking.
Ownership of the content
Our wording, the crystal mark, the facet linework and the hexagon monograms are the publisher's property. Resort names remain the marks of the businesses that hold them and are used only so you know which property is meant; every monogram is our own drawing rather than any resort's logo.
What the guide covers
Word for word, as the footer has it, the line reads: Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling. Nowhere do our panels step past that boundary.
Ceiling on liability
To the fullest degree permitted, we accept no liability for loss that results from relying on this guide or from the site being offline. Statutory consumer protections that cannot be waived continue to apply.
Which law applies
These terms answer to Nevada law, and to United States federal law where it reaches. A court seated in Clark County, Nevada, hears any dispute, save where the consumer rules of your home country or state entitle you to bring them elsewhere.
Revisions
